Something that has stuck in my head
My doctor was talking to me about the bullies I had in my life and just some of the shit I’ve been through, and he said to me “Those people are dogs, they bark. And what do we do when we hear a dog bark? We ignore it.”
I know it’s nothing special, but it’s something that has stuck.
